Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Address customer needs and expectations
  • Build stakeholder relationships
  • Participate in innovation processes and team meetings
  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to compliance standards
  • Act in line with organizational values and ethical code
  • Adapt to changes, take ownership of resolving complaints, and work collaboratively with the team
  • Contribute to cost containment, service excellence, and process improvement

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Matric (Grade 12)
  • At least 1 year of call centre experience
  • Good customer service skills
